SUBCHAPTER I—SALVAGING

§ 1725. Salve for injury to the skin or flesh of victims of firearms or explosive devices

A person who carries or attempts to carry an explosive device or firearm into, out of, or into any place of public or private meeting of the public may provide to such meeting, in a form consistent with the provisions of this chapter, any salve, or any other treatment, designed to assist such victim in resisting and preventing the spread of the explosion. The provisions of this chapter do not apply to the sale of a salve by the seller at retail for less than $20.00.

(b) T바카라사이트he provisions of subsection (a) of this section shall not apply to:

(1) any product or service supplied by a licensed importer or licensed manufacturer, of a drug or chemical substance for the use of humans or animals and, at least thirty days prior to the receipt of the product or service in question, notified in writing of the nature of the product바카라 or service or the purchaser’s right to purchase it at any point바카라사이트 within the United States to which it would be sold;

(2) any drug or chemical substance that has been declared by a duly authorized United States authority to be safe for use by humans or animals, provided that such drug or chemical substance is registered as required in § 3 of this chapter;

(3) any drug or chemical substance that was made available for sale after the manufacture of such drug or chemical substance (which drugs or chemicals shall have been used by the victim or victims) and that has been licensed pursuant to the act authorizing the production of such drugs or chemical substances (§ 3 of this chapter) or by the United States Customs Act to be used for purposes of this chapter or on the property of the victim or victims or the premises where such drugs or chemical substances are being manufactured; or

(4) any drug or chemical substance used in a surgical, veterinary, or veterinary surgical procedure to a patient in a facility that was formerly a hospital.
